The dream smile is less than a millimeter away!
Interest in teeth whitening, veneers and bonding is constantly increasing. They are the least invasive way to a perfect smile.
Our team has experience in the field of aesthetic dentistry and adheres to the most modern protocols and materials for work. Teeth whitening can be done in the office (1-3 procedures are necessary) and also at home through individually made tires. In some patients, a combination of the two methods can be done for a faster and stronger effect. Our doctors will help you choose the right option for you.
Make an appointment for an individual consultation if you are wondering whether veneers or bonding is a good solution for your case.
During the consultation, it will be determined whether veneers or bonding is suitable for you, the difference between the different types of materials, along with their advantages and disadvantages, will be explained. It is of great importance to us that the patient makes the most informed choice and is aware of all possible alternatives (even if there are some that we cannot fulfill).
Before switching to veneers or bonding, we always do an aesthetic analysis of the face in order to choose teeth that are suitable in shape and size.
With the help of digital design, we can see the final result even before starting the treatment. The veneers are made of ceramic and have a thickness of only 0.2 – 0.5 mm. This is also the maximum thickness we would need to file off the tooth. In some cases, it is also possible to make veneers without filing. Bonding allows us to change the shape (and to some extent the color) of the teeth by applying a photopolymer to their surface directly in the mouth.
Placement of veneers and bonding is always done after placing a rubber dam.
A rubber dam is a canvas that isolates the teeth we are working on from the oral cavity. In this way, contamination of the surfaces with saliva is prevented, which is an important prerequisite for a good final result. More information about Codeferdam can be found here.
